Educational Qualification
- BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- BE or Diploma in Electronics Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Experience in Automotive Plastic Moulding is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Implement automation solutions.
- Prepare CAD layouts and manufacturing equipment designs.
- Lead fixture and SPM development.
- Integrate PLCs, barcode systems, scanners and vision systems.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- AutoCAD / OPR3D or equivalent software
